Sintered mesh filter element is manufactured using a controlled diffusion welding process, stacking multiple layers of stainless steel woven mesh and fusing them under specific temperature and pressure conditions. This results in a monolithic porous structure with uniform pore distribution and high mechanical strength.
 
 
Unlike disposable filter elements, our sintered filter elements are designed for long-term use, capable of withstanding repeated cleaning cycles without performance degradation. They provide reliable and stable filtration for various media, including hydraulic oils, polymers, chemicals, and compressed gases. Their robust construction allows for stable operation under high pressure differentials and thermal cycling conditions.
