Note:
Gently remove the dirty filter element: When replacing the filter element, gently remove the dirty filter element from the housing, avoiding tapping the filter housing to avoid damaging the filter element. Tapping the filter element cannot remove deeply embedded dust and may damage the filter element.
Avoid direct entry of dust into the engine: During the process of replacing the filter element, it is necessary to protect the engine intake to prevent any unfiltered pollutants from entering the engine and causing damage to the engine.
Check the surface color of the filter element: If it is found that the filter paper still appears gray black after cleaning, it usually means that the filter element can no longer be used and should be replaced promptly.
Cleaning with compressed air: When cleaning the filter element, compressed air can be blown outward from the inside of the filter element to remove dust from the filter element. Avoid using gasoline or water to clean the filter element, as this may damage the filter paper.
Regularly replace the filter element: It is recommended to clean and maintain the air filter every 5000 kilometers of driving. In areas with high dust and poor air quality, the maintenance interval should be appropriately shortened.
Avoid using high-pressure air ducts to blow: Although some people try to blow the filter element with an air duct to extend its service life, it is not recommended to do so because high-pressure air ducts may damage the surface structure of the filter element and affect its filtering effect
